- Customers can return/exchange the products within 7 working days of receiving the package.
- The product should be unused and packaging should be intact.
- If you have received a defective or damaged product, then contact us on the e-mail address – email@example.com – with the order ID as subject and images of the defect. We will arrange a reverse-pickup (if needed) and dispatch a brand new product from our end, without any additional cost.
- In rare cases, if you consider the quality of the product is not up-to the mark, we would require you to ship the product back to us and in safe conditions. We will credit the respective amount of the product as GrooveCoin in your GrooveWallet after verification and quality checks from our end. Refund of shipping and COD charges are not applicable.
